Terms & Conditions

1. The submission of entry is free.
2. The tagline should be in English.
3. The tagline should be crisp and short. (Not more than 5-6 words).
4. The tagline should be easily understandable and contemporary.
5. The tagline should resonate with the value of Cremeux.
6. The tagline should not have been previously published in any print and digital media and must not contain any provocative, objectionable, or inappropriate content.
7. The tagline should not be the intellectual property of any legal entity.
8. The winning tagline will be the intellectual property of Cremeux. The winner cannot exercise any right over it, after the acceptance of the prize.
9. Cremeux reserves the right to use the prize-winning tagline for promotional, advertising, and display purposes and to assign it to any person or group of persons. The tagline can be adapted suitably as per the requirement.
10. Multiple submissions of taglines by the same participant would not be accepted.
11. The tagline design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 or any Indian law. Plagiarism/Copying of any nature would not be allowed.
12. Anyone found infringing on others’ copyright would be disqualified from the competition.
13. Cremeux does not bear any responsibility for copyright violations or infringements of intellectual property carried out by the participants.
14. A participant is required to ensure that his/her form is filled with accurate details since Cremeux would be using this for further communication. This includes details such as name, email ID, DOB, and phone number. Entries with incomplete details will not be considered.
15. Cremeux reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of this Contest and/ or Terms and Conditions/Terms of Reference/ Evaluation Criteria. However, any changes to the Terms and Conditions/ Technical Parameters/ Evaluation Criteria, or the cancellation of the Contest, will be communicated.
16. There will be no notification to participants of rejected entries.
17. The selection team of Cremeux reserves the right to close the contest without declaring the result if no suitable entry is received.
18. Terms and conditions of Free Cake for Life are applicable.
19. A 0.5 kg cake will be given to the winner on his/her birthday
20. The person who wins the contest should visit the nearby store Cremeux store to collect the gift.
