Shipping & Delivery

We will attempt the delivery of the cake considering the delivery date that is being selected by the customer while placing the order. We will attempt the delivery of the cake only once considering the nature of the product. While we endeavor to deliver every cake safely, at times there may be transit damages. If the customer is not fine accepting such a product, we will attempt to re-deliver the cake on the same day or offer a refund if not possible. All such refunds will be within 7 days which is based on the payment gateway.
Any damages or quality concerns need to be informed at the time of sign of delivery. We will not be liable for any claims whatsoever in such cases or for matters brought to notice once our delivery executive has completed the delivery sign-off process.

Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled on the same day of placing the order by sending an email to (Order ID is mandatory in the cancellation email). Rescheduling of the delivery date is possible by following the same procedure as above.
